By using AquaFix Plumbers' website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide plumbing services in Ghaziabad and surrounding areas. All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. For large projects, a 30% advance may be required.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Emergency call-outs may incur a visit charge even if cancelled on arrival.
4. Warranty
All repair work carries a 90-day warranty. New installations carry a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or third-party interference.
5. Materials
If we source materials on your behalf, they will be billed at actual cost plus a small handling fee. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer.
6. Liability
AquaFix Plumbers is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues or hidden pipe defects. Our maximum liability is limited to the service cost paid.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the work area and ensure water supply is available during service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Disputes shall be resolved in Ghaziabad courts.
